The remaining balance will be required 7 days prior to your stay.  In the event of a no-show full tariff will be charged.

Within 14 days you will forfeit your deposit. In the event you are a no show, total tariff will be charged. Christmas/January Holiday Bookings commencing 20th December-20th January : 50% of your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrivalBookings cancelled 30-14 days before you are due to arrive you will be charged your full deposit amount -.
